What else can I say but PERFECT. On the apartment: great equipment, beautiful spaces, beautiful bedding, incredible view... On the building: top location, superb setting, more than appreciable wellness area. On the host: responsive, knows the place perfectly and offers activities/hikes/restaurants, direct exchange and super clear instructions. Special mention for the little attention. Vallorcine! How can you not be in love with this village! Wherever you look, there is nothing but beauty! In summer, in winter, it is pure harmony. Charles is an extraordinary host and his apartments are cocoons of luxury and softness. With a postcard view that you never tire of. This is my second stay at Charles's. And each time, I leave a little sad and at the same time delighted.

Charles is a remarkable and very attentive host. We were informed of all the activities in the surrounding area, Charles is proactive. We even had the good tips in real time. Exceptional stay in an exceptional accommodation! Very comfortable accommodation (and top bedding), clean, corresponding to the description (but even more beautiful in real life!), well equipped, magnificent view of the mountain,... Family with 2 young children (3 years old and 5 years old), this accommodation is ideal: swimming pool, children's play area and playground shared by the different tenants available, it was very pleasant. The location is peaceful, it is possible to take many walks in the surrounding area... We are won over by the accommodation and the location! In addition, Charles is very available, friendly and gave us lots of good advice (hikes, restaurants, etc.). We had a great holiday, thank you very much and see you soon :-)

Lovely well equipped apartment with mountain views. Easy access to Chamonix and surrounding area by train and car. Walks of varying lengths from the residence. Very attentive host. Pool had mountain views.

First of all, Charles is an extraordinary host, always giving good advice and taking great care of you. The apartment is perfectly decorated. It is a very cozy place, super comfortable and bright. Everything is of quality, bedding included! The swimming pool and the spa are a real plus where you can spend good times when the weather is capricious. As for the surroundings, there are a thousand things to do in a sublime setting, you just have to let yourself be carried away. To recommend with your eyes closed, we want more and we have no desire to leave!

I have stayed at Dormio Resort Les Portes du Mont Blanc before but this apartment is a step above. It is simply charming, with all the amenities you could need. Vallorcine is a beautiful, quiet escape. The scenery is fabulous, ideal for the outdoors, summer or winter. Chamonix is easily accessible by car or train. Charles is a great host and we will definitely be back.

3rd booking with Charles, Estelle and their children. Exceptional hosts! They know how to welcome/advise you! Very well-appointed and tastefully personalized accommodation. Magnificent location, so many things to discover: 4th booking without hesitation! You will appreciate the calm, swimming pool, magnificent views of the mountains, the activities in the surrounding area, the train (which you can't hear) at the foot of the residence, which takes you without worrying about taking the car. To do/redo all year round! Can't wait to come back!

We had a great Christmas in Vallorcine. The apartment is true to the description, very warm, comfortable with large living spaces, a large well-equipped kitchen. The best: the covered parking, the swimming pool, the sauna, the hammam and the cabin 2 steps from the residence to go up to the Balme ski area. Charles deserves his superhost status, very attentive. We really appreciated all the information provided to prepare the stay, the little personal attention on our arrival. Charles is very responsive, attentive, full of good advice and easily shares his good addresses. He provides guest cards to travel free of charge by train to the Chamonix valley and other ski areas. I therefore highly recommend the accommodation offered by Charles.
