GENERAL BOOKING CONDITIONS


THE CONTRACT

The entire rental must be paid on time (30 days before the start of the stay) either by credit card, check or transfer (except in special cases below)

Gift cards must be paid for at the time of booking.

Special cases:
1) If the tenant benefits from a Promo code (or gift cards/vouchers/discounts), a deposit of 30% is required (regardless of the length of the stay).
The reservation will only be confirmed upon receipt of the requested deposit (30%), within the specified time frame, either by credit card, check or transfer.
The balance must be paid on time (30 days before the start of the stay)

2) If the length of stay is 14 days or more, a deposit of 20% is required, within the time limit, either by credit card, check or transfer.
The balance must be paid on time (30 days before the start of the stay)

3) Non-cancellable, non-refundable Early Booking offer (at least 90 days before the stay): the entire rental must be paid no later than 90 days before the stay.

Tourist taxes (€2.5 / per day and per adult) must be added to the reservation. In return for this tax, the "Mont Blanc Express" train is free between Servoz-Chamonix-Vallorcine with the guest card provided.

Upon receipt of funds you will receive a confirmation.


CANCELLATION OF STAY AND DISPUTE (excluding Early Booking offer / non-cancellable, non-refundable)

Any cancellation must be notified to us in writing (email, SMS or registered letter).

Free cancellation: beyond 30 days (all funds paid will be refunded)

Cancellation between 30 and 0 days: 100% of the rental price is due.

Advantageous conditions that Airbnb or Booking.com platforms do not offer:
My commitment to direct booking 👍: in case of cancellation by the customer between 30 and 0 days, if the apartment is re-let at identical price conditions, the funds paid will be refunded. If a possible discount should be made to the new tenant, its amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
💛 Direct booking: you support the local economy instead of favoring Online Tourism Agencies (Booking, Airbnb ...)

In the event of a persistent dispute and in the absence of an agreement with the owner, any dispute will be subject to French law and will be attributed to the courts of the place where the accommodation is located.


RENT

The amount includes:

In addition to the provision of the apartment for the number of people and the defined periods, heating, water, electricity. The apartment is furnished and includes duvets, blankets, pillows, crockery and kitchen equipment, the supply of sheets, towels and household linen (pool towels are not included)

Tourist tax is not included (€2.5 / per day and per adult)

The full rent is payable no later than 30 days before the start of the stay. If the full rent is not paid 30 days before the start of the stay, the stay will be considered cancelled without you being able to claim any compensation.

No discount will be granted in the event of a reduction in stay compared to the reservation contract.


ACCOMMODATION CAPACITY

The apartment is intended for a capacity defined and declared by the tenant. Unless otherwise agreed, for any additional person, even on a temporary basis, the owner is entitled to refuse the rental or to request a rental supplement equal to 10% of the initial amount, per person.


PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION

It takes effect on the day of arrival from 5 p.m. until the day of departure at 10 a.m. Outside of these hours, unless prior agreement has been given by the owner, the tenant cannot claim to occupy the accommodation.


HOUSEHOLD

End of stay cleaning included. This service only includes cleaning. It is understood to be an acceptable state of general cleanliness, tidy bedrooms and living areas, with clean and put away dishes, and emptied bins.


NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION :

The accommodation is non-smoking (but ashtray available on the terrace)


ANIMALS

Pets are not allowed.
